Hi, I'm Maven, a 4^th year Mechanical Engineering student at the University of British Columbia! I was drawn to mechanical engineering because of the practical aspect, being able to see a project reach completion. Growing up in Vancouver has developed my passion for the great outdoors. As such, I enjoy exploring and trying new adventures; some of my hobbies include playing tennis and badminton, snowboarding, and hiking. I have also competed in chess tournaments from a young age, and I continue to pursue my interests in 3D design, robotics, and aviation.
